 We ensure the confidentiality and security of your payment information using industry-standard security measures. However, we do not store or manage medical data or details about the prescriptions.

 CCPA Coverage and Exclusions

However, it’s important to note that personal information regulated under the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA) and protected health information (PHI) collected by covered entities or business associates under HIPAA does not fall under the CCPA.

As a referral platform, PCPbyME connects users with licensed medical providers and does not collect, store, or have access to any medical or health data. Any interactions you have with these providers may involve the exchange of PHI, which is governed by HIPAA regulations and therefore exempt from CCPA provisions. Our role is limited to facilitating access to these services without handling sensitive medical information directly.
