1. Mandatory First 21 Days: All new subscribers to our Weight Loss Program can cancel their subscription within the first 21 days of their initial 3-month subscription period. No doctor’s note is required for cancellations made within this period.

2. Post-21 Days Cancellation: After the first 21 days, cancellations require a consultation with your doctor and submission of a weight loss formula form to our customer service team.

3. Cancellation Process:

To cancel within the first 21 days, contact our customer service team to initiate the cancellation.
To cancel after the first 21 days, obtain a weight loss formula form from your doctor and submit it to our customer service team.

Your subscription will be canceled starting the next billing cycle following the receipt and verification of the required documentation. No refunds will be issued for the first 21 days if canceled within this period.

4. Agreement to Terms: By subscribing to our Weight Loss Program, you agree to the terms outlined
in this policy. You must acknowledge and sign off on these terms before your subscription begins.
