2. Healthcare Provider Assessment: Arrange a meeting with one of our licensed healthcare providers. They’ll review your medical history, survey responses, and telemedicine consultation to decide if GLP-1 agonists like Semaglutide suit your needs. Approved prescriptions are filled by our pharmacy partner and shipped directly to you. If GLP-1s aren’t suitable, the doctor can suggest alternatives.
3. Begin Treatment: Once you receive your prescription, follow the dosing schedule provided. The dosage of GLP-1 agonists will gradually increase over 4-6 months to a maintenance dose while you continue to achieve your weight loss targets.
When undergoing treatment with Semaglutide, it’s important to be aware of both common and rare side effects. Most side effects are mild and tend to improve a few weeks after starting the medication. Commonly reported side effects include nausea, vomiting, stomach discomfort, constipation, diarrhea, heartburn, and fatigue.
However, there are serious side effects to be vigilant about. Immediately notify your healthcare provider if you experience any of the following, as they could be symptoms of more severe conditions, such as thyroid cancer:
- A lump or swelling in your neck
- Hoarseness or difficulty swallowing
- Shortness of breath

Managing Your Treatment
Medication Arrival: After you have prescribed and confirmed your medication, it will be processed by our pharmacy partner. Thanks to expedited shipping, you can expect prompt delivery within 2-3 business days after confirmation.
Duration of Treatment: The length of Semaglutide treatment varies based on individual goals, progress, and healthcare provider advice.
Prescription Duration: Medication is usually prescribed for three months at a time. You must schedule and pay for a follow-up telemedicine consultation after each period to continue treatment.
Important Considerations
Contraindications: Semaglutide is not suitable for individuals with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or those who have Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2).
Combining with Other Weight Loss Products: The safety and effectiveness of using Semaglutide alongside other weight loss products have not been established.
Medical History: It is crucial to share your complete medical history with your healthcare provider. Be sure to mention if you have a history of type 1 or type 2 diabetes, thyroid cancer, pancreatitis, kidney disease, diabetic retinopathy, depression, or suicidal thoughts or behaviors.

Subscription
Subscription Billing: We prepare your prescription for shipment on the 21st day of each month, notifying you three days before your credit card is charged. We’ll contact you for alternative solutions if there’s a payment issue.
Subscription Cancellation: Cancel up to 7 days before your next monthly shipment. The program is month-to-month for added flexibility. Not renewing your medication prescription will automatically cancel your subscription.
Insurance and Coverage: We currently do not accept health insurance for our telemedicine consultations or subscription services.

If you need to cancel an order, please email support@pcpbyme.com as soon as possible. Use “Cancel” in the subject line along with your order number. Ensure the email matches the one used to place the order. While we can’t promise cancellation after an order is placed, we’ll do our utmost to accommodate your request.
Once an order is placed, we cannot update the shipping address. If you need to change an address, please contact us right away, and we’ll try to cancel the order. While cancellation cannot be guaranteed, we’ll do our best to help you. Should your order be returned to us, we’re happy to reship it or provide a refund. Please note that we cannot refund or replace orders delivered to the original address provided.
